My body remembers how to do this. My endurance remembers. My body hates me though, no big.
This song was in my brain the ENTIRE TIME. So much that I sang it underwater the last lap.
Pretty Mellow song to run to. But still pretty jammin. Saw them open for No Doubt.
Don’t Gotta Work It Out by Fitz and the Tantrums
This is the only Taylor Swift song I’ve ever listened the entire way through - but it’s catchy and I definitely added this to my run/workout lists.
FYI: Just go 2min in to get to the actual song.
I Knew You Were Trouble by Taylor Swift
I actually heard about this song from a link someone sent me for a cover done by Walk Off the Earth.
Yesterdays 11-miler playlist.
Yes. That’s Steel Panther in there.
An oldie. But still gets me through long runs.
Listen to the shit out of this.
No Doubt - Settle Down
For most of you my age, you might not know Soundgarden OR Chris Cornell… unless you saw his solo album he released with Timbaland, Scream. If you’ve ever heard of the bands: Temple of the Dog, Audioslave or Soundgarden - then you’ve heard Chris Cornell sing.
As my favorite singer, I have to rep.
So here’s Soundgarden’s latest single, as heard on The Avengers - Live to Rise.
Happy Thursday guys!
I’ve been starting to look for new music for workouts. Oddly enough, looking at Grooveshark the other day, this music video came on as an ad. I really enjoy it though, need to check out more Hoodie Allen soon.
The past two days has been really Sevendust heavy. Cold Day Memory is an AMAZING album. Alpha was one of my favorite albums to date, not sure how I feel about Chapter VII: Hope and Sorrow.
Rock out for ending your week, friends :).
