So, I wrecked myself today. Cardio all the time with swim/bike/run and barely any strength workouts + Recovering = why did I choose to do Plyometrics today?
Either way, it kicked my butt. I should have stuck to a Swim Workout. Lesson learned!
In case you’re interested, this workout *is* amazing, and if you’re up for it you should try it out. Be warned though! Do this when you’re at 100%. Don’t be stupid like me.
