Nike+ Running Site Overhaul
It’s not news that the Nike+ Running site is short of stellar. It uses Flash, it has a lot of compatibility issues, and it’s slow to boot. But, that’s about to all change apparently.
Nike Running released on their Facebook that coming this summer, the Nike+ Running website will be updated.
No more Flash!
Now HTML5!

The good news.
We biked 52 miles today and I feel fine. (I was a little moody through Santiago Canyon though..).
The bad news.
The last minute, walking up the stairs to the apartment, I biffed my footing and rammed my face into the drop bar. Which I then proceeded to cry like a 5 year old when we got in the house.
I really hope there are no stairs at Oceanside.

Training Music: Study Sessions →
I barely listen to the radio. Out here in Irvine, I get few stations I can stand for longer than 10 minutes. I can only stand so much Nirvana and Smashing Pumpkins.
With that, it’s extremely hard to find new music to rock out to for training. So I’ve started looking through the Pandora Workout Stations.

GUYS, guys, I NEVER thought Half-Ironman training would be THE thing that helped me improve on my running.
I’ve been running since 2009 and always been going at 11s, 12s average for half-marathons.
Tonight, my workout was a brick: 60 Minutes bike, 30 Minutes run.
I ran my ass off (for me at least).
10:07 average for 2.57 miles (26 minutes) for my run. After SIXTY minutes already on the...

Pulled Muscle Almost Healed
So while the cough is now 95% gone, the day I went to the doc I found out I had literally pulled a muscle coughing.
Being the neurotic person I am, I constantly worried and reacted to every little pinch I felt.
Oddly enough, yesterday I felt like it was getting worse. Today I’m feeling like it’s almost over.
I did a 45 min bike ride this morning ont he trainer, so I’m happy...
